Me and my friend went there twice within the week. Once we went for the breakfast and then just some days ago for Thanksgiving.... No Thanksgiving they were extremely busy top notch busy. And our server had like five tables she had to deal with. I gave her anice tip. But I was overwhelmed I didn't expect to have an extra side dish. I don't know if that just slipped up or what butthat wasn't the reason why I gave the tip of that extreme. I gave the tip because she had five tables and she did exceptionallygreat job dealing with everybody. Saying to our every what we wanted and giving us our extra refills and things. Never have thathappen without waitress at a restaurant before. We love the food. My friend always gets the biscuits he says they're alwaysfilling. I was seated quickly but just taken to a table that looked like it needed to be wiped down. The server gave me a few moments... with the menu and took my order, although the food came fast my potatoes were cold and I wasn't given any options for mybiscuits so dry biscuits and cold potatoes ???? There was no offer to refill my drink and I guess she assumed I had been therebefore because when she brought the check , she didn't let me know to pay upfront. Read more
When we arrived it took a while to seat us. While waiting my sister felt uncomfortable because she ffelt one of the staff... starting at her. As we were seated our waitress explained the wait. Due to a slow morning some of the staff was senthome. Our waitress was attentive as best as possible. She took time to explain the menu. The food was okay. It's been quitesince I've been to Bob Evans. The rolls weren't the traditional rolls. Would we go again maybe because that's close toour friends home. Read more
Normally, no matter the time or location I get breakfast. This time my husband and I both had an early lunch, fried breast... with two sides and biscuits. Everything was delicious. I loved Denise almost instantly! She's a treasure. Read more
Not a bad experience. I ordered their new southwest avacado omelet. It was pretty good quality, but it didnt have a lot of... flavor. It wasn't that hot either. And it wasn't served with as many potatoes as I thought there would be. The biscuits andgravy I ordered were as good as they could get though. The gravy was thick, rich and flavorful just as this place has alwaysbeen known for Our waitress was pretty good too. She was prompt and friendly. Like most chain restaurants, this Bob Evanswasn't good enough to get a 5 star review. But overall, I was pretty impressed after a few letdowns the past few times I ate inhere. I will return again. Sorry for this review ,because I know every business is short of staff. But the food was un- appealing and cool. My... western Omelet tasted overcooked and rubbery, it included hard to chew overcooked bacon bits. The southern style biscuitswere cold, dry , hard and taste as if they were a day old. In spite of all of the above issues, my granddaughter enjoyed herbanana Pancake meal. The wait staff was awesome. The Dinning areas were clean and well maintained. Great location. So I ordered breakfast about 2 to 3 weeks ago. I decided to order a half gallon of strawberry lemonade. I did all this on the... website and door dash delivered my food. Everything was fine until I opened the lemonade and poured some in my son's cup. Igrabbed me a cup and as I got ready to pour me some I noticed something in the bottle. I contacted Bob Evans and spoke to asupervisor. She wanted me to come into the store I explained to her I couldn't that's why I used door dash. She said that shewould send me something in the mail. I never received anything. I'm highly disappointed because me and my family loves thisplace. By the way it was a #mosquito in the lemonade. I kept the pictures for proof. Read more
Very interesting visit. Our waitress, Denise, was very selective on which tables she was attentive to. Ours was not one. Forgot... my coffee, forgot my bacon, and she sat in the serving area talking to a coworker while I had to stare her down for a box. Mydaughter asked for syrup and Denise ?forgot? maybe? She went and took another tables order and got their drinks. Usually, thiswould not bother me because I was a waitress and I understand. But there was a visible difference of how we were being servicedcompared everyone else. I still tipped 20% because she wasn?t necessarily rude and the food was okay (definitely needs moreseasoning).
