I am not satisfied of this burger king. I was ordering and this guy was already giving me a problem, and i get to the window to... pay and i say "i don't need a receipt honey" and he said "i don't care" and threw the receipt at me. I am so disappointed. iwill NEVER be back. Read more
Not only did I just wait in line for over 30 mins, and then spend $30 got home (4 mins down the road) to ALL of my food... including a royal king "spicy" chicken sandwich being COLD and tastes like it was made yesterday, unreal. Never go back here &now they won't answer the phone for me.! Read more
Usually I try not to complain I know fast food service can be demanding and overwhelming sometimes but this is the second time... they have forgotten something on my order you have ke pull up to door and wait 10 mins so I'm thinking it's all being made freshand taking time not to forget anything and I get home and missing new chicken sandwich and the onion ring sauce I had just askfor ... This Burger King is run weird, they have you pull to the front even if it's not busy. They're randomly not open, and they... definitely don't pay enough because they can't seem to get workers. The one manager guy is nice but besides that this is anavoid. Read more
Not even worthy of one star. Pulled up an hour before they close. Was told they were only taking door dash and mobile orders.... Parked and downloaded the app which is complete garbage and would NOT WORK. Went online to place a mobile order and the sitesays they are no longer taking orders. HUGE FAIL! My #11 extra tarter sauce?being a Mgr at a high grossing full service restaurant at DTW thank God I knew how to make my own... tartar sauce?. With 2 cars in drive thru ..
