We have visited this store for the third and last time. Again they were out of peppers and onions, you have to pay with exchange... only. I got the bowl and the rice was hard and the guac they gave me looked like refried beans not fresh at all. I took off the guac... just to eat hard rice not coming here again. Decided to try this place for the first time. I got a steak bowl and I knew when they poured the sour cream on it didn't look... right. I got home and could tell something was spoiled or wrong. It was so bad I didn't finish and I don't want to give it asecond chance. This location is just terrible! I am 7.5 months pregnant and unfortunately chipotle is all I crave so I stupidly keep coming... back. 12 orders in and haven't had one order right! Today went on my lunch break, since I had no power, to get my food. Camehome and the label outside said my name, the food inside was for a completely different customer. They told me to drive back ifI wanted to and they'd remake it. Sydney who I spoke to on the phone hid from me when I got there and had someone else make myfood. First time I tried this place! Items are missing, food was not handled in its best, and were charged for items that we didn't... get. Call the customer helpline to let them know what was missing and they claim to send an email to reimburse the food and nowI got to call him back cuz I've never received it! Not planning on going back to visit them it was expensive for the amount offood you got. $10 for three sloppy tacos, and a burrito bowl that tasted like the cardboard it was packed in. Read more
