Ordered 2 subs for pickup one of which was a BLT. Once arrived am told there?s no bacon. A little annoyed but it happens, didn?t... want a different sub so ask for a refund. After the refund is issued she then tells me she?ll start on my other sub. I don?tknow what everyone else got going on but I don?t have 2 hrs in a day to spare for a person to put cold meat on cold bread. 1star is generous for the incompetence and inconvenience I received tonight. I plan on using all the points I?ve accrued throughyears of jersey mikes loyalty on mini subs that I will give to the homeless guy by my work and wiping my hands clean of thisestablishment. They have minimal ingredients and still can't make the to go subs correct. It's shouldn't be hard when you have 4 items? They... also have difficulty putting the correct meat on subs. Save your money, unless you want your food wrong. Read more
Not the best first experience... Ms. Jersey Mikes (supervisor) tried it!! I caught Ms. Supervisor on a bad day! She didn't... want to talk, thoroughly answer my questions though I told her I was a new customer and didn't know how their ordering processworked. Therfore, mistakes were made and my sandwich had to be remade ????. The bagging employee was going to let me leavewithout my full order. First time eating here and I must say I wasn't disapointed. I used to live near Philadelphia and always loved a good cheesesteak... sandwich and this place is by far the best I've found for cheesesteaks. Super delicious and bread super soft and fresh. -Ordered through Doordash- Absolutely unacceptable for what I ordered. The sub is supposed to be "hot", but arrived cold,... including the CHICKEN. The sub was drenched in hot sauce so much the bread was soggy from it. Then apparently in an effort tocover up the "dumped bottle of hot sauce" mistake, they decided to try to cover it up with as much lettuce as they could gettheir hands on. My advice for anyone craving a certain type of sub, would be to look or take the time to go or get it fromanywhere else. Read more
Very attentive crew. Restaurant is very clean. Ingredients all sliced fresh, bread is soft and flavorable. A bit pricey, but for... the freshness and quality you receive it's well worth it. If I could give less then a one I would. I ordered two giant Philly steak and cheese subs last night and SPECIFICALLY SAID that... I DID NOT WANT JALAPEÑOS on one of them. And had an allergic reaction and spent the night in the hospital. And when I calledto place my order the phone was just answered with a HELLO and I had to ask is this Jersey Mikes???
