I had not had Jimmy Johns in a while. On Wednesday (24th) at 1 PM, I got the #4 (Turkey Tom). It was delicious (very good). So... good, I went back on Thursday (25th) and got the same thing. Just waited an hour and a half for me and my families food.. And it never showed up.. Called after a hour of waiting and had... some young kid answer that had no odea what was goin on.. Called after a hour and a half to speak with the manager and she toldme the order was never made Read more
Placed an online order at 745pm for delivery, when it still wasn't delivered by 850pm, I called the store to see what was going... on since they close at 900pm. Apparently they didn't have any drivers, so they canceled my order, and didn't feel the need ofcommon curiosity to tell me. This location is consistently slow with delivery orders, the motto of Freaky Fast doesn't pertainto them, or they deliver to the wrong address regardless of me leaving my apartment number. Whenever I go in person what showsas a reward on my account never matches what shows in their system. I don't think anyone at this location really knows whatthey're doing, especially management. I don't know why I continue to think my experience with them will be different, but I willno longer be a customer, and I warn others who do consider ordering from this location. Read more

I?ve been going to jimmy johns for a few years, I?ve definitely had my ups and downs with this place in terms of delivery and... wrong orders but it was nothing major, not until recently. Not sure what type of people they hired at the store but they shouldeither be fired or trained better. Within the last 3 months which I ordered there, which was often(almost everyday for lunch )my order was either incorrect or never even showed. While this happened often I still didn?t stop ordering since I?d been aloyal customer for years and though they were just going through a rough patch because of COVID, however one evening when Idecided to give them another try, I found a bug and chewed gum in my food, I had already eaten half before I?d even realized it.I wanted to throw up, they never even refunded my money back. Moral of the story, never eating there again, at least not at thatlocation. Proceed with caution for any new comers. I was already ready a few other reviews and a lot of them have similarexperiences as I do, crippling slow delivery even though your less than a mile away, rude employees, and the order is alwaysincorrect. Check for all three please, what?s worse is corporate seems to be doing absolutely nothing to fix this store. Theyneed to shut it down if that?s how there going to roll. Read more
Food was great, service was fast. HOWEVER! The woman who took my order had her phone glued to her ear the entire time I was... there, was CUSSING to the person on the other end of the phone and speaking negatively about her job the entire time, evensaying that her job was ?slave labor? I was appalled by her behavior. She should not be in customer service with those terriblebehaviors. If you hate your job so much as to speak like that in front of customer just quit and take your lousy attitudesomewhere else. Read more
