Great customer service. But...dint have the wings that I ordered. Had to sub w/2 legs one wing. Very disappointed.

Ordered online and went to pick it up inside. The front doors and interior floors were filthy. Had I not already ordered and... paid, I would have turned around and gone somewhere else based on cleanliness alone. However, I will say that the employees werereally friendly and kept a good attitude even though they were clearly understaffed (like the rest of the world). The order wasalmost right, but a small side that should have been a large wasn't worth going back to get my $2.50 upgrade charge. Update: ona separate occasion, this place completely let me down. The order I placed in the app was 45 MINUTES past the order time and thestaff was literally ignoring all of the upset customers in the waiting room. To top it off, the order was wrong and sloppy. Saveyourself the headache (and hunger pains) and find a different location if you really want KFC. My family will never, EVER,return to this store. Read more
They only had original chicken and I think there was only one or two persons working. She was polite and professional. I sure do... hope places in general get more workers as time goes on. Read more
This place absolutely sucks, couldn't give crispy chicken let alone tried to pick m side instead of asking what I wanted,... repeatedly kept asking if there was anything else like we couldn't take our time. If I could rate a ZERO I definitely would!Lady must have heard me complaining through the speakers because we I got my food box it was all thrown in there to the point Iwent to pick up the box and the food started to fall out. Melissa at the KFC in Taylor, MI on Telegraph was the absolute BEST today!!! I called in a fairly large order and it was ready... in 25 minutes. Everything was fresh and she included plates, napkins and condiments. Thank you!!! (sorry for the bad picture) Read more
As a usual KFC customer I was very shocked at the service that we received today. So the location on the street is a little hard... to get to. As soon as we walked in we were kicked out at 9:13 and told that they were closed except the drive through was open.So we proceed through the drive through which was a bad decision due to the fact we were waiting in the line for 47 minutes.During that time 5 cars got tired of the wait and just left causing the line to shorten. There were 4 workers in the back andthe one that kicked us out was cleaning the lobby area. At one point while waiting in line 1 of the workers walked to McDonald'snext door grabbed food and came back. While we were ordering food the lady was rude and when we came to window another lady wasrude as well. So that was the wording part and the food wasnt up to par. The Mac and cheese was amazing like always. The chickenbowl was okay but the burger was burnt and really hard. The 5 dollar fill up the biscuit and cookie on the inside were smashedas well as the forgotten potato wedges were never placed in our bag. Again I'm a usual customer and my needs are usually filledbut this time all around the service was awful. Needs worked on badly. We are calling tomorrow the number on the receipt. Read more
