We had lunch at Leo's yesterday afternoon. The food was perfect and the service was very good. Just as we were finishing our... meal a very kind and generous man that was sitting nearby offered to pay for our meal. I honestly don't know what happened to this place,been my favorite spot to have dinner after work for over three years but it... seems like it all went down hill ,the new cooks they have at night are clueless! They used to have a great guy at night( Ibelieve named tee)who knew how to cook and was super professional,food will always arrive to my table hot and nicely cooked butI don't see him anymore. I have always enjoyed all of my favorites. I made a take out order and it way awful. I called to make a complaint in a very... respectful manner....I didn't want anything in return. Just wanted them to know that my entrée wasn't great. The lady on thephone was so rude I will never go back there again. I didn't want anything in return just wanted them to kno whatever they diddifferent wasn't working. Come to find out the owner had to step in and prepare food, so of course everything wasn't going tobe perfect especially with limited staff, but the hostess or whoever answered the phone didn't have to be rude. I will never gothere again. The hostess was extremely rude. I have not once in 20yrs had an issue with service. Read more
Been here many times over the years and never had a horrible experience. Wait staff is very prompt and friendly. Lots of choices... for food! Always nice to try something new. We've come here for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner - great options for all meals! Lovethe saganaki! Read more
The orders of fish and chips was slow to arrive. The fish portions have shrank by 33% to 50%. We actually had to ask for... tartar sauce. It's odd how all the "Chips" are now french fries. One of the coffee creamers was spoiled (imagine how we foundout). The newly offered saucer of creamers "from the refrigerator" came in a dirty saucer with the bottom creamer stuck inmagic like fashion. It was adhered to the a mystery sticky substance (possibly jelly and/or ketchup splatters). Just enough tocause a Velcro effect. Is checking the saucers for cleanliness now a learned or long lost skill? The Allen Park Leo's ConeyIsland seems the benchmark of late. Read more
