Not really a complaint on the food but the person who was at the window and taking orders thru the intercom was NOT friendly at... all. They had such an attitude while we placed the order and snatched our card at the window and was basically punching theregister he was pressing the buttons so hard plus when we pulled up his face looked like he wanted to *unalive* someone. Avoid this place like the plague. I give it 2 stars for the nice people that work here and how clean and new the building is.... None of that matters because no matter the day, time, or solar rhythm- you?ll be waiting here longer than the Popeyes down theroad. The service was okay. The food wasn't. I used to always enjoy the occasional pizza but this visit was meh. Idk if it's a change... in quality of ingredients but for the prices they're charging now...I expected something a little more than subpar. Read more
Ordered a deep dish around 6pm in the drive thru and received two old lunch combos with new cheese in between each slice. This... is terrible service as I was perfectly fine with waiting the 10 minutes they said it?d take to make it. You can see the dough isdark brown so that tells you that it?s old dough as well. I basically paid $10 for two $4 lunch combos 4 hours after the lunchspecial ended.. My piece of advice to any customer is double check your deep dish pizza order before you leave because this wasterrible. Read more
First off im very upset with the service I received. I arrived at the location in time for the lunch special, however to my... surprise the person taking my order had me wait before ordering. Then after waiting 5 mins to order I try and place the order Iwanted only to be told "hold on let me see what time it is" then he comes back to the speaker after having me wait another 5mins just to tell me the lunch special was over. Which I found to be very funny considering the car ahead of me ordered the sameexact item and was able to get not 1 but 2 of the specials. Worst little ceasars in downriver!!! They are never open for one. Not only that but the bread is always dry and pizzas get... cheated on the cheese. Just horrible will never stop there again! Jets is always better anyway. Update!!!! I should of stuckwith the the first review and not come again. Well I did and again worse than before. I went last night before closing time andgot pizza that was on the shelf all day wasn?t hot cheese wasn?t melted. The crazy bread was dry once again and you can tellthey didn?t clean the pan or was cooked in due to black residue being on the bread couldn?t eat it. Chicken was ok but could ofbeen cooked longer. Its Little Cesar's the food is always hit or miss depending on who or how it's made but that's to be expected. The drive... through is cool but be prepared to wait 45 minutes or longer if there's more than a few cars. Do not pay until they have yourorder at the window or you'll regret it. The one thing I don't understand is ordering at the screen then getting to the windowand them not knowing what you've ordered. Especially when you order something and they say it's going to be 10 mins on that andthen you wait 10 mins in line because you think that 10 mins you waited would surely count towards the 10 minutes they told you,Only to get to the window and it's like you're ordering again ? Terrible customer service did an online order paid for my pizza and then did the portal pick up I get there they got the door... locked and tell me to wait in line she gets smart with me tells me oh it?s only 2 cars when them cars were there for 10 mins andI didn?t place the order to be picked up through the drive through I did for the portal inside because I?m at work and In a rushif they couldn?t do the portal it shouldn?t be a option on the website.
