Back to what it used to be!!!!!! My family had been coming here since 1977 and when they changed owners a few years ago we... stopped coming due to the change in taste. But we heard the previous owner recently came back to teach the recipes and the foodis almost exactly what it used to be!!!!!! We were expecting to be disappointed and were pleasantly surprised and so glad theoriginal Matador taste is pretty much back! Our waitress was also so friendly and attentive. I was craving some Mexican cuisine and have been going to the Matador for 25 years now. I ordered my favorite Ground Beef and... Cheese ???? Enchiladas and also enjoyed some chips and Hot Sauce (They have Hot & Medium "Sauces" here rather than "Salsa".)and a cold glass of Sprite to wash it down.
