Pulled in around 8:30pm on 11/21/22. Was recommended a caramel machiatto (which was amazing). Great service at both windows,... workers were extremely sweet. Definitely my favorite McDonald's experience :) Read more
For as many people that work here, you would think it would be fast and efficient, but the only people who seem to know how to... do the work at all are the managers, this place needs them otherwise it falls apart into chaos. Beware ordering nightshift.Fries are always soggy and cold/unsalted as if undercooked. Read more
I go here frequently for coffee and to meet friends. Usually the place is clean and bustling. Often the workers get my meal... wrong, but are always happy to fix it. All in all a good place to get a quick meal especially if you use the app and get buy oneget one type deals. I really like the buy one get one breakfast sandwiches. I can only imagine it?s really hard to find goodhelp these days after COVID-19 this is the new normal. Read more
Horribly slow service. While I was waiting the lady next me was handed a bag with her order...It was missing five items. I... waited a long time and finally had to sit down (I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis). I finally got the sweet tea I was waitingfor...warm with very little ice. Also while I was sitting and eating a burger, I noticed an elderly couple in their 70's come inand wait at the counter for service. They were ignored and they got disgusted and left. They're super rude and disrespectful. I went through the drive through and ordered two ice cream cones.... To which to told me... to pull up. I refused because it will melt. They got a huge attitude with me the the manager started telling me in an orderingvoice to pull up. By the time all that exchange happened my cones were already coming out. I seriously wanted to fight that guyhe was sooooo rude and ghetto talking to me as if I was nothing. I had my little kids in the car!!!! Went there earlier today and it was all over the place. No one wears gloves anymore , they had like 10 people in the kitchen ,... one guy was talking on his phone with one hand and touching food with the other.. again with no gloves ! Their customer serviceis horrible! You ask for the food to be ?cooked to order ? and they dont care ? they lack professionalism and cleanliness andthe manager is down right disgusting!
