They over charged us. Also Had extra items we didn't order. We asked for the manager for our charge to be taken off all she did... was thow 2 xtra hasbrows in the bag and tell us that she wouldn't and to leave!Plus the wrong sandwiches that we didn't realizetil I was home and dropped off it turned out to be Completely wrong and couldn't get back to exchange it. This McDonald's never gets my husband's order right.Because of this, I won't eat there often. The last time I wS there,I gave... them another chance. Double cheesburger,fries and coke. We were asked to pull forward and wait along with 3 cars ahead of us andwhen the employee brought the food,I asked to be sure the fries were hot? She said,yes,they just came out of the fryer.Cheeseburger was mangled looking and fries were cold. My husband's asked for a simple cheeseburger with extra picked. Nothingbut cheese on the burger. No pickles and not even warm. I didn't bother to complain to them. I don't go out for food then haveto follow up with aggrevation. The last three times I've ate at McDonald's,(3 different locations) I've left hungry due to theirmistakes and cold food. To me,McDonald's fries are not good cold. They're tough and chewy. Waited at the ordering area for 10 mins no one took our order Then went to window and was told no one is taking orders come back... later . There was 5 employees playing around be hind the counter Very rude What made it worse is they where handing food out toocars in front of us . Granted the place was great. However, the Kid Place was great until these adult Kids ( between the ages of 16-18) old enough to... be Highschool students came in and terrorize my Sisters. When my youngest sister (she has Autism and we have enough trouble withher and her not being able to talk and she will throw tantrums) the kids started to video my mom yelling because she was quitestressed with the adult Kids being loud and being obnoxious and we trying to get out and the kids obviously in the way we had totake the high road. When we got to the car the kid pointed at his camera on his phone making it obvious he was taking a video. Itold mom. Mom went in and told the manager. Luckily they got kicked out. But we will never go this this McDonald's again. Read more
First off some days it?s like a day care for the workers with their kids hanging out in the dining room watching annoying videos... on their phone with employees randomly checking on them. I?ve seen an employee cleaning the bathroom and then take out trash andnot change his gloves while going back to the kitchen. Also employees drinking in the kitchen while making food. I don?t wantsomeone drinking out of a cup then make my food. It?s just unsanitary. I?ve gave this place a few chances, each time verydisappointed with either the employees disgusting habits, like smoking and returning to prepare food without washing theirhands. So I pulled through the drive-thru to try to order something waited at the speaker for 10 minutes got no response back then I... pulled up to the window to see that there was nobody inside working that everybody was outside smoking passing somethingaround..... Now personally I wouldn't care what they do on their own time but the fact that they were watching me at the windowknocking on the window trying to order and not saying anything to me is what made me leave this review.... How about if you don't have someone to work the 2nd drive thru line.. you block it off or put a sign up. Anything will do.. to... have people pull up and watch every order in the other line get taken.. and have to pull around to switch lines is crazy. Thefood is usually good though. The a.m. hours are the best. Read more
Due to lack of staff service was very slow. Food was good and hot.
