I wish I could give less stars. Don't go through the inner lane at the drive thru you'll have to back up and go to the other... one. I have consistently been ignored and have seen people ignored if you go through the wrong one. Also can't get a 2 pieceorder correct. Read more

The manager Holly is extremely disrespectful. Degrades her employees in front of customers. The first bite I took out of my... cheese burger had a thin piece of plastic in it...after asking to get it remade she Accused me of putting it in there myself.That Obviously was not the case so she then remade it but entirely wrong while she hand the original recipet in hand. I thenasked for corporates number & she gave me a number. I Tried to call it once I got home only to discovered that it was invalid.So i called the store back thinking I wrote it down wrong....nope. after explaining that it was an invalid # to her holly thensaid " oh well, that's the only # I have for corporate, deal with it." The cashier and other employee that I dealt directly withwere very understanding and professional, also extremely apologetic. It's not that this mcdonald's is bad, but the manager Hollyis horrible at customer service and how she treats her employees. Read more
They absolutely refuse to properly make a custom order. Even extra cheese is to difficult. Fries aren't even cooked. Not worth... my time to return to get more bad food. Sad because they are currently remodeling the dining area just to serve bad food andincorrect orders . This will be my last time there Read more
This one particular establishment was very good, neat , and clean. They staff was very friendly and took my long order like... usual very easily. Now, the food was the real good thing. The cheese wasn't 1/3 off the bun, the sauces weren't all over theplace. The prep and making was very clean, fast, and proper. Was one of those days where you're eating and go "this is extremelygood today!" and I feel this one particular place did that for me. Read more
My order was wrong, Gave me a higher costing breakfast than what I ask for/ordered. Didn't have the time to come back to get it... fixed. I haven't been, or seen McDonald's get my orders right in several months. Guess I'll go somewhere else, where my orderwill be right, and not cost me extra money. First time in there today. Was notified by one of the employees that the mobile app options are no good due to "groups of... people" entering and all getting there free offer, provided by the app. I insisted that at least it wasn't one person coming inand getting the same stuff for free which would be much worst. As well as when a order was made by my wife the lacked thehearing capacity to add bacon to the sandwiches lucky we checked before we left. If a business lacks one thing it will lackanother.nothing wrong with the food so I would still recommend. Read more
Understaffed perhaps? Very slow. Happy meal was fake and came in and were only ones there and were told to order on kiosk. Luke... wth tool us extra long because I'm wiry 2 kids and the choices became never ending...???? Read more
