Lesson learned always check your food before driving home to try and enjoy a meal And then the only solution is to drive back... so they can "try" again, sorry not worth it in my book! The fact that managers from the Penn station in Taylor on eureka road are not for good customer service regardless of where u... order from whether it?s door dash a pick up or dine in a manager should give good customer service I?ve been in customer serviceover 25 yrs an I have to say this manager is the worse especially when I was assured my sandwich would be remade if I brought itback in from an employee an even tho she gave me the wrong information the MANAGER STILL SHOULD HAVE HONORED IT BUT SHE DIDNT. My first time here and I will definitely be back! We ordered the steak and cheese, fantastic! The staff was super friendly,... attentive, they even laughed at my stupid mom jokes... Service was amazing here. I was greeted as soon as I entered. My first time ever coming here and trying it out I ordered the... Philly cheese steak on white bread with a small order of fries (which are handcut homemade and amazing) and a drink to was itdown. My order was ready within 5 minutes. The bathrooms were very very clean and nice. The food was amazing steak was seasonedexcellent and cooked to perfection the banana peppers and onions were awesome and the bread they used is so good!!! 5 ?experience highly recommend definitely will be back and bringing my family so they can try it too!! Great subs and staff was friendly. It's a little more pricey than some other sub shops but well worth it for the flavor. ... Their bread and fries are fantastic! You want your sandwich grilled!!! Not sure why they even decided to offer them cold now. I've had over half the sandwiches on the menu and never anything bad however some are better than others. Read more
The attitude is real. I stop by here while I am in town for business which is regularly at least once a month. It?s before... closing there is no open sign on and they have the lights dimmed. you get attitude for just being present in the store. If youhate your job get a new one. I?ll have to decide if I?m willing to spend my companies money at your store. Editing my review: Igot to my hotel and my sandwich was literally onions and lettuce nothing else on it nothing else I ordered. Thanks cause Ihadn?t eaten all day it would have been fabulous to have better food and better service. Read more
