I will never come back to this location. They hire anyone now days. The young lady at the drive thru attitude is horrible she... gave me the wrong order then rudely asked me to put it back in the window. I only got one drink ordered two she was so mad abouther mistakes when she put the drink in the window and spinned it around the whole drink flew out and hit the ground then triedto give me another one which I declined. Placed a online order for Lobby Pickup. Get to location Lobby Locked! Phone number not valid! Not only does it give you an... option to pick your food up in Lobby their Website says the Lobby is open. The Lobby is not open. I had to wait in the Drivethrough line 45 minutes for a order placed and paid for a hour earlier. Corporate nor Management of this Location haveappropriate Customer Service Skills or Attitude. On top of everything else Paying Customers aren?t able to come in lobby to getfood but a teenager was aloud to sit in the lobby. Same teenager left walked across to Walmart and back and was let back inagain. The line is literally doubled around the building. The 2 cars in front of me as well as the 1 directly behind me wereall online orders. Loved it! This is the best Popeyes Chicken in my opinion. Food was hot and fresh nothing was missing from my order. I had... condiments that I didn't even ask for, Napkins and the works. What did stand out was the guy who took my order and his lack ofenthusiasm, but I'll chalk that up to being tired and possibly overworked as it was close to closing time. Read more
This is the worst Popeyes chicken in the area. I'm patient with long lines, I understand.. It's unacceptable for the cashier... on duty (Sunday at 8 pm 9/4/22 ) to be rude and ignore as if he hate doing his job. You may be understaffed I'm unsure. Ireceived my incorrect order and someone else order. Normally I would return it but I refused to wait another hour in the drivethru!!! You only had red beans, mashed potatoes, white meat in original and those dry hockey puck biscuits. We asked for largedrinks and you gave us regular. Absolutely terrible place to get Popeyes from. The management there is a complete joke and the store closes way earlier than it... suggests on google. Im here at 9:10pm and it says they close at 11:00 pm. They are also extremely dirty!!! They don't make freshfood, and they don?t give you condiments with your food or even napkins. Sad. I get the long wait time because it looked like they had 2 people on shift but the reason I have to give one star is the... quality. First they forgot to give me the gravy with my order and when I corrected them they didn't want to believe me. Whenthey finally gave me gravy it was pretty much just enough to cover the bottom of the container. The red beans and rice sidetasted like just smoke and spice. I like spicy food but it really tasted like they just dumped extra in there to drown out somemistake, on top of that it was weirdly watery. I couldn't eat it. And they couldn't even get my drink right, it was filled tothe brim with ice and barely had any drink in it. My partner got the cajun fries and they had no cajun seasoning so what was thepoint of that even? The one thing I enjoyed was the biscuit. I would include a pic of the watery beans but I tossed them beforeI decided to make my review because the smell of the spices was burning my nose. The chicken was okay. I ordered spicy, but it was really spicy at all. The fries were cold and the chicken was lukewarm. Not... sure why the wait for our order was massive for food that wasn't piping hot. Read more
