I eat here very frequently. I love the food here. You must try the Spanish Omelet. It is DELICIOUS!!!
Excellent! Clean. Wait staff friendly and very kind. Food is delicious! Price was reasonable. My husband and I especially liked... the mashed potatoes and gravy. We almost ordered a second helping! They do have a few vegetarian dishes too. I ordered the veganpita. Yum! Read more
Very unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid. Went to pick up my take-out; there was one person ahead of me who had an issue with... their drink. They simply asked if they could get it without ice and the waitress walked away and was cussing up a storm by thedrink machine (which if you?ve been inside is not right next to the register), and calling her names. She came back with thedrink and she left; as soon as she walked out the door, the waitress began calling her ?a b??-? and other derogatory terms. The food is really good, staff and "manager" are awful and are people who do not know what customer service is!!! I will never... go back, I may be only 1 person, but I will tell everyone I know, this place has shady waitress working and there is NOabsolutely NO accountability. The old lady at the register, who's husband is a cook, called her own husband a liar. I wouldworry that the stuff they charge you for is padded. NEVER recommend that kind of messy business!! My family has been a patron of Senate in Taylor you years. Last night a family member called and placed an order for carry out.... Before ending the call they asked how long it would be and the girl who initially took the order set the phone down withoutsaying a word. My family member waited a minute and the girl never came back to the phone. The family member hung up and calledback. This time it was a different girl had answered the phone so the family member confirmed the order and asked for a waittime. The girl told family member to hang on so she could check since she knows the item we ordered has a longer cook time. Thegirl came back and said it would be about 20 minutes. The family member went to pick up the food and was told it wasn?t readybecause neither of the girls put it in. After some back and forth the head cook came out and stated he heard the order but itwas never put in so he didn?t make it. Today the family member called back to rectify the situation and was told they (familymember) never placed the order by someone who I assume is one of the owners since she?s almost always the one who is on theregister and has taken previous carry out orders for us before. Literally been going to this location since the 90s and willnever go back. Very saddened by the lack of care and compassion shown by an establishment that has been a part of my communityfor so long. I been coming here my entire life and it?s NOTHING like what it use to be!!! Bill the owner should be embarrassed!!! The food... is never hot, the cooks in the kitchen and yelling and arguing with each other, the service sucks, the boy didn?t crack a singlesmile at all and seemed very irritated While we were ordering, took 54 minutes to recieve our food!!!!!!!!, dead flies all overthe corner booth and window sill!
