2nd year in a row not buying honey baked ham for Thanksgiving and Xmas. They wont allow you to look at the ham to see how much... fat is on it. They used to show you 2 or 3 hams so you could see which one had the least fat and choose. Until they allow us tolook at them, I will no longer be a customer. Read more

Purchased 1/2 ham for Easter at the Taylor store. It was terrible. The ham was flat, about 2-3 inches high. I have never seen... a flat ham. Not only was it flat, but was black on top from being burnt. No candy honey on ham at all. No one could swallowit unless you took a drink of something to get it down because it was so dry! The worse ham I have ever had. Shame on theTaylor store for selling this ham. They charged me $58.00 and I had to throw it away as no one could eat it. I will never goback to this store . Everyone at the table was laughing so hard to see a flat burnt ham and could not believe they would sellsuch a bad ham. Read more
You pay more, but work less! Pre-cooked, pre-sliced,pre glazed smoked or roasted turkey, most flavor by far , vs. fat/carbs,... cinnamon apples tasty side option( as well as cheesy potatoes; corn; stuffing; broccoli, etc). Did you know they sellsandwiches, too?!! Read more
Th service was great but when I opened my $65 ham to heat it up, I was so upset to see my ham was burnt to a crisp. I spent way... more than I normally would have for a ham and was so disappointed at how it looked. This ham should of never been packaged forconsumption, let alone have some one pay $65 for it. The ham was good. I would not say it is any better than a Meijer ham at least not substantially. Dearborn market is my... preferred. It was good, the staff was quite short in temperament and a touch rude. It could have been a bad day. I willprobably come back though. I came back a year later and they had a 1/4 ham which was much better suited for my family size.This time the staff (edwardo) was super kind and helpful. Read more
Ham was purchased from Dearborn Heights MI store which when you dial number you get Taylor, MI store. Well my $97 ham had a BIG... GRAY spot on it. The young lady Maria tell me bring it back to them.. i drive out there she says i need receipt, why would ihave kept receipt, i left my name and number i want to Post pictures I want to go on record stating that I spoke to Travis onMonday afternoon and he suggested i come in and i was compensated for the unfortunate experience with my Ham?
