Super unprofessional and inconvenient location. The entire point of ordering ahead in the app is so you don?t have to wait in a... long line. Well this location laughs at that and still makes you wait 30 minutes in the drive through line because they neverunlock their doors. And when you try to call them they don?t answer their phone. That?s a really bad practice making even waitin the long as hell drive through line. There is no valid reason to keep the lobby closed. Guess they don?t care about theircustomers. Drive thru is quick. The staff should really train other stores how to operate a fast food establishment
This is the second time that we go there and no service during business hours..!how do these ppl make money and pay check if... they don't want customers there tnor do they have customer customer service ..! also drive through is blocked off during normalbusiness hours.. dinning doors were locked during business hours!...the 3 employee's that's were inside did not acknowledge atall they standing there and Noone came to the door!... they were just trying hide behind the counter also all the lights wereout as if they were closed!..very poor customer service but they want a pay check !.. they are very petty... My family and I have been here 3 times this week and this place has not yet disappointed us. Food has been extremely fresh,... beverages are tasteful, and service has been top notch. Henry has been so friendly making us feel like family. This placedeserves more then a 5 star rating! Read more
Went into this Timmy Ho?s and the staff was rube and non helpful. Then we started to look around and the place was a mess. And... MOLD on the surface area that they were making food. Slowly at that. Then when they were told they told us they would look intoit. I asked for a manager and they told me they would be out. never saw them. So I called the hot line for Tim hortons andasked to be called and o could show them the pictures. After the 3rd time and no response I gave up. So if you ever eat hereyou are taking your life on your own hands. This was prior to COVID 19 but still. I would not eat there and left. Read more
Very disappointed. I brought an out of town friend to experience the Tim Hortons goodness. The coffee tasted burnt and they were... out of almost all donuts and no timbits. Read more
