This place is ran by a bunch of rude, entitled children. Perfect example of hard to find good help. The lil girl actually told... me I'd have to wait till she made every order on her screen to get my order that they screwed up in the drivethru. I mean how doyou not put sugar in a smoothie?! At this point I won't rate this nothing I went in one early morning to pick up three smoothies. After approaching the cashier at... the window I handed her my work card that I have my money uploaded on from my job. After 5 minutes of not being able to completethe transaction she tells me that my card is declined. I'm not the type of person who go and try to buy stuff on the card theyknow that there isn't any money so I let her know that it's money on the card and it shouldn't be declined. After handing her mydaughters debit card to be processed after she says the same thing card declined. She proceeds to get the manager and let themanager know that something's wrong with the computer after 5 minutes of waiting for the manager to fix the problem the managertries to swipe the card and also says that it was declined because no money. After declining both cards I attempted to pay withcash but only had $100 bill and was told that I was not able to pay with $100 bill so I had to drive away from the windowknowing that I had money in the bank on the card I had cash and still was unable to complete my transaction. If I could give no stars or a negative review I would! Tropical smoothie is one of my favorite franchises but this location is... horrific! The interior is closed completely, they close before closing hours, and the customer service is slow and nonefficient. They need to either shut this down completely or hire all new staff! Do better tropical smoothie cafe! Read more
Fast and quick pick up of smoothies on the go to work, except the corner is a bit congested to exit out of the area to the main... road.Always good service and like the decor and kept neat. I love the calories of each smoothies on the wall. Read more
