We went to the drive thru and asked a question about what came in the biggie bag. The young man at the mic was so rude. Talked... so fast that we couldn?t understand him. Answered as if we were stupid. We drove away. If these are the kind of employees thatwork there you might continue to lose customers. Read more

today i went to wendys on telegraph rd . I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and a baked potatoe the potatoe and the chicken... sandwich were both over cooked and very nasty i had to throw both away .i hope in the future the food gets better because theyhave just lost a customer Read more
I have a Southwest salad and it was very good. However the staff at this store on this night in particular was extremely,... extremely pleasant. They were nice they smiled they were friendly. The whole team there must be doing a good job. Anyway that'swhy they got a five is because of the staff that night, not that the food was bad it was not bad it was very good but the staffoutshined everything. Read more
I come to this establishment expecting good quality food like it advertises in its commercials, it saddens me that that is not... the case, my 10 piece nugget where ok but not warm and tasted a little stale, nothing wrong with the fries they where good, BUT,when it came to the baconator fries, nothing but lazy ness, makes me really really mad like how could you be so bad at your jobto not make this right, I mean the meal Is easy to prepare so how could you not have the cheese melted like it?s suppose to it?sjust horrible this establishment. I ordered five 4-for-4s, a single Dave's Deluxe with fries, and chili to feed my family of 6. "OH MY GOD, ARE YOY SERIOUS?" I... hear in the background. Received an attitude by the window, and "I KNOW I'm a bad person," spoken from one employee to anotheras they were carrying out our food. All of the burgers have ripped ingredients, finger poked buns, watered down drinks. I alsoreceived a Baconator instead of the Dave's Deluxe. Read more
The Wendy's on telegraph is much better than the one on Ecorse. Food is better and fresher
