The establishment here is dirty, unorganized, and has a handful of employees who are lazy and pitiful. It?s truly sad because... they do have some very good employees here but because of the ones who are lazy and unprofessional it makes everyone look bad. Idon?t come here often but when I do, it always seems like something is either missing, someone at the front is just bluntly rude(ignoring customers while they attend to their phone ) , etc. I work night shifts and typically only come here during times Ihave my lunch breaks because it?s close and convenient considering there?s no other wingstop around me .. these past 3 days in arow they have told me they aren?t doing over the phone orders and that it?s only walk ins or through the app. I?m on my lunchbreak and only have cash so it?s been inconvenient. And the girl who was on the phone was very rude, almost like if I wasbothering her calling up there to place an order. Terrible place of business . Read more
place was super clean. Employees were amazing. I wish they paid their employees at 9135 Telegraph Rd. they work amazing and... they?re very courteous and nice. I ordered online?they use doordash..I was skeptical but I gave it a shot. I ordered $50 worth of food. It said it?d be delivered... by 3:38?.never showed checked the status and it said a new driver and that it?d be there at 4:10?still nothing the second drivercalled me saying that the food was already picked up and If I received it. I told him no he said doordash will be calling?theynever called so I called the store. The manager was amazing he told me they can replace the order for me. Only down fall was Ihad to come get it?Which is okay because I would have had to drive to get food somewhere else anyway. This is why I hatedoordash. Read more
Refreshing customer service from Linda! Food could be made better though. Original hot boneless wings are always on the soggy... side and so are the fries. The mild boneless and most the other flavors seem to come out crispier. If ordering online, callbefore you leave out to make sure it is ready. Read more

Horrible. If I could leave less then 1 star I would. Food was cold, not even Luke warm. The boneless wings were soggy and all... their breading fell off when trying to eat them. Fries were soggy and no flavor. Unfriendly employees whose it seem like I wasbothering them when I asked if the to go order that was sitting on the counter was mine. Only good thing from $50 of food wasthe ranch. Spend your money elsewhere. I bet frozen wings from Walmart would have been better. Read more
Picking up a door dash and im watching a customer pick up their order. An associate named Sabrina was incredibly rude to that... customer. She literally said, "people don't know what the hell they ordered". The guy was still standing there. And when theyoung lady who was helping me asked when my door dash would be ready, Sabrina said just tell everybody 5 minutes. She is thesole reason I will never eat at or pick up another order from this establishment. Sarah on the otherhand was a REAL SWEETHEART.Very nice young lady.
