I purchased a large pumpkin latte from this location I normally get one every day from another location. So I know what they... taste like, it was strong in coffee flavor, bitter and no pumpkin flavor nor was it creamy. I emailed Dunkin because I had todump it out and it was almost 5.00. Well it took them 4 days to get back to me and their solution was to give me 50 points, ittakes 900 to get another latte! So basically I still have to spend and order multiple lattes to get one free. Closed way before schedule. Crapy personally with staff . Smart comments saying your the last with coffee as if we inconvenience... them . Meanwhile app says 7 pm . We were there at 630pm . Very rude . Read more

I ordered here today 4/27/22 and they were such a mess. My food was half way cooked. Both of my drinks were messed up. Drinks... were watered down. Never going here again! 0/10. Read more

90% of the time there more worried about talking then making the coffees. Will have a line and still stop just to talk about... personal stories and about how they dont care how slow they go. Read more

I'm absolutely disgusted with this location. I placed my order on the app so my son could pick it up when he ran to Walmart.... First issue with our order was the staff forgetting to include our donuts. My son had to go back into the store and ask for ourdonuts. I understand sometimes things happen. BUT then my son gets home with our 2 orders of avocado toast. Neither order had asingle sprinkle of the everything bagel seasoning and the bread wasn't toasted. We didn't order anything special, it was on theapp, and it was still wrong. Clearly the staff just doesn't care. Read more

Every time I get anything I receieve the best customer service ever. Two times I could remember within this last month is once... with a pregnant worker she suggested different drinks and explained to my daughter what the green matcha drink thing was sheexcellent and just yesterday literally right before they closed I wanted a pumpkin iced latte and a worker expressed to me thatthe machines were already shut down but she could make me a an pumpkin iced coffee just as good. She was so nice and it was soamazing. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you guys you are appreciated. Read more

This is hands down the worst location that I have ever been to, I spend a small fortune there every week only to have my coffee... made wrong 90% of the time. Today I went there ordered an extra large coffee, I was charged for a large. When I questioned itthe woman behind the counter told me there?s nothing she can do about it because they are too busy. I was only charged for alarge so I gladly would have paid the difference but I was not given an option due to their overwhelming three other customers.I do not understand how something as simple as making coffee can be such a difficult task for these people.
