If I could leave no stars today, I absolutely would. Sheetz is an easy go to for me for lunch at work when I want something... quick and easy! Today however, was not the case. I understand it was a busier time that I was there, but the lack of decency inyour employees is unbelievable. I happened to spill my fountain soda today, I know it was my fault but the reason I spilled itin the first place was because I needed to check my bag of food (which was for a co-worker, not myself) which in fact did NOThave everything in it. So I did the right thing and cleaned up my soda, what I find very wrong is that the employee behind thecounter just watched and said "you know we have other customers waiting, right?" AS I'm already shaking from embarrassment andcovered in soda. Instead of saying, "here use this rag" or "I will clean that up, don't worry about it." NO NEITHER! Instead Ihad to clean up the whole mess and use ALOT of napkins, which I know nothing is cheap anymore. Not just once did they try totell me all my food was there and I could go, but twice. My daughter ordered food and a milkshake. The food was wrong and the milkshake never showed up. She ordered the milkshake again... and instead of making a new shake, they took the shake that wasn't delivered and stuck a new sticker on it. I called them andthey denied doing this, yet I have BOTH paid stickers taken off from the same shake, one covering the other. When she got it,it was basically warm chocolate milk because there was almost an hour difference in between. Do better. SMH. Read more
I've been coming to this sheetz on a regular basis every week and have always been treated very very well by all the employees.... I'm disabled and on oxygen and they were always ready to help me and bring my order out to my car. They would even help me pumpmy gas. I filled out many surveys for this sheetz praising all the employees. Every week I would order the same thing and theywould bring it out to my car and I would pay the employee. Today 1/28 sheetz upgraded their mobile app and I had trouble placingmy order. I called them and asked for help over the phone and the supervisor was very unfriendly and refused to help. I askedher if she could take my order over the phone for 2 hot dogs, my usual order. She said she couldn't help me cause then she wouldhave to walk across the store from where she was,she said we can't take the money from you outside anyway that it needs to bepayed for first. I told her I've been doing it this way for months with no problem and she argued with me and didn't believeme.i was so shocked cause I was always treated very good from everyone in this store especially matt the other supervisor who'sbeen out for a couple of months. so Mandy didn't want to walk across the store and help a disabled person so I had to get outand go in and just my luck there was a back up at the only register open and ended up standing there waiting for it to beresolved. Then I had to walk over to the food pick up area. When your on oxygen and can't breathe every step is a chore. By thetime I got back out to my car I thought I was going to have to call 911 cause I couldn't breathe at all. Not a regular gas station and convenience store. The food prepared fresh by Israel and Chris is the best. Great service, Great... food and always with smile. These guys are great. I really thought that they are the managers. Shocked to find out their not. Read more
Tried to pick up an UberEats order and they told me it would be 45 minutes. If you expect us to wait that long you better be... giving us a paycheck because it?s NOT OUR JOB to wait in a ?fast food? establishment unpaid all night. You clearly need newmanagement that can schedule properly. Read more
Large variety of snacks and drinks and also fast type food that you are able to order. plenty of gas pumps with multiple kinds... of fuel choices. Open 24/7 and their prices for almost all their products are relatively cheaper than other franchise companies. Read more
