This was my first time trying The Union Craft House. A work colleague suggested it as he spoke very highly of them. I was there... Friday, 10/28/2022 at night for a takeout. I work very close by in the industrial park and decided to order online for apickup. They use ChowNow from their website to order. That part was flawless and easy. I ordered 2 hours early and you canchoose your pickup time. After that, everything went down hill. I was notified my pickup time was changed to a later time.Again, I ordered 2 hours early because it says they close at 10pm and my lunch period at work is at a certain time. I get there10 minutes early and the place wasn't busy. Waited a couple minutes for someone to take care of me. They went to get my orderand I asked if the side of sauce was in the bag. He says it's in there. I took his word for it. So now I get back to work, afour minute ride and I have no side sauce that I paid for and my wing bites were ice cold. Surprisingly the only thing that washot were the French fries. Did I call back? No. I had to hurry to eat because of my order time changing, plus the website saysthey close at 10pm. I couldn't get back over there even if they were open because I would be off lunch and back to work. Sorry,Union Craft House. Since this was my first time patronizing your establishment, I just don't have a very good impression of it. Read more
Ate at the craft house before and was very good. Tonight was disappointing. The steak tacos were chunks of fatty un chewable... tasteless meat with chopped peppers from a jar. The pizza was ok. The potato pancakes were dry and the oil they were fried inwas old. The salads had a lot of brown lettuce. Sat outside and smelled like stale beer. Wouldn't rush back. The outside neededa good cleaning and straightening out. Not a great outdoor dining atmosphere. Read more
This place is great! The food and service are exceptional. Never had a bad experience or long wait time to be served. The... outdoor patio has a stage, fire pits and its own bar. Inside has the most gorgeous wood top bar and tables I've ever seen.Really great atmosphere. If you haven't been there yet, GO! Read more
The service show and food was top notch. Once you park in their huge parking lot and definitely can walk down a ramp everything... is accessible there's a outside eating area and inside bar area with a few games and then another area with a bar and a fewtables to enjoy dinner the way you see fit. Be aware, if you have a large group that goes there they will just split the bill acouple of ways and you'll end up paying more than your fair share on the food my $40 order somehow became $75. We stopped here for lunch. We ordered the half moon mozzarella which were really good. I ordered chicken fajitas which looked... really fresh, however, they really lacked flavor. The service was good and the bathrooms were clean. I would revisit thisrestaurant again. Read more
Great food, service and beer selection. Staff is friendly and always eager to assist. Try the Twisted Chicken & Waffles. Outside... patio and indoor areas are very nice. Will definitely keep coming back! Read more
We are from across the country visiting family, and had heard nothing but great things. The food was absolutely delicious (I got... the pulled pork but most of our party got burgers) and everyone loved their meal. We were greeted when we walked in and theservers checked in multiple times to make sure we were accommodated. Overall a great place. Would absolutely recommend! Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. Thursday November 10th about 6pm I was there, there were only 2 waitresses working, it wasn't... super busy. We sat and it took our waitress 25 minutes to come over so we could place our drink order. Then she walked awaywithout asking if we wanted to order food as well. Her attitude was absolutely apathetic. She came back another 25 minutes laterwith my one cocktail and my mom's flight. Put them on the table and walked away, AGAIN not asking if we wanted to put in a foodorder. We had to ask another server to ask her to come back over so we could just pay and get the hell out of there. Then whenshe came back so we could ask for our check, my mom told her politely "I'm sorry but it's been almost an hour and you neverasked us our food order." The waitress just shrugged and said, "Sorry, it's just me." Again with complete and total apathy, gaveus the check, and walked away. Absolutely THE most bizarre experience I have ever had. Do better.
