I was in the drive thru for over 20 mins.,,if you do not have the main power to operator a drive thru then don?t! I am passing... thru Taylor and will ensure I never stop here again..this is the worst service ever! I will share this review with the chamberof commerce also! Read more

A very big thank you to Chicken Express in Taylor. We took the Bartlett Lassies volleyball there to eat after we played. They... staff greeted us with a smile(behind mask) and took our order for 14 kids and 2 coaches. We got our food in a timely manner anddid not have 1 mistake. Then to top it off, the chicken was superb ????. It was tender and tasty. The corn nuggets were greatalso. All the kids enjoyed. Great job Chicken Express keep up the good work. Read more
No one in parking lot lights out in dining room although its surprisingly open. Open sign off. Yet 1hr and 30 mins to go.... Tenders cold and greasy. Attitude even more so. Read more
