The good here is really good. Most of the staff here is very kind. I dine alone and tend to stop 8n at the end of the lunch... rush. Sometimes I feel like it is more a matter of getting me in and out as fast as possible more then getting good service.Note the "sometimes". I will continue to go back as the service is never bad, plus the food is good. Would definitely recommend. Read more
The roadkill is amazing but I frequently get this half quesadilla a veggies for lunch. The best veggies I have ever eaten. Hands... down. And I don't love veggies in general. Read more

Tucked away in a small strip of storefronts and industrial-ness in Taylor, Texas is a small piece of heaven called Masfajitas. ... It may never be mistaken to be a 5-star award-winning, destination restaurant but that's all superfluous and inauthentic,anyway! Excellent Tex-Mex in Taylor. Queso Blanco was wonderfully creamy and flavorful. Table salsa was great, with the smooth texture I... prefer. We split 2 plates so we could try more options on our first trip. The Cowboy Fajitas were excellent. The steak not sotough you can't bite through it, a big thing for us. The chicken was good and the spicy sausage a neat addition. Plenty oftortillas too without having to ask for more. The Enchilada plate was very good, both the beef and cheese varieties. The chilisauce on top was particularly noteworthy. The refried beans were creamy and flavorful, I didn't feel the need to add any salsato liven them up. Excellent experience, we'll definitely be back when we're in Taylor again. Read more
