4 Stars for the Chili Burger, White Chocolate Raspberry Shake... 2 Stars for luke warm fries that I gave to another. Wasn't too... long a wait in line for a good burger. Will return to try other menu items sometime in the near future. Read more

Literally the SLOWEST and worst Whataburger in the entire state of TEXAS. Local, been coming here for a while, something is... ALWAYS incorrect, with attitude when asked to be corrected. Last week, we waited 45 minutes for incorrect food, while just beingstared at like I wasn?t supposed to be in the Lobby, which they seem to just close at random. Nothing to do with beingshort-staffed. After we received our food, all of it was incorrect, and I was incorrectly charged $12 for a KIDS BURGER. Whenasked to correct this mistake, which was expected as again, there is an issue EVERY TIME, it took any other 30 minutes, and bythen everything that was right ( JUST FRIES) were ice cold. Seems like a bunch of people who dislike their jobs/ blatantly donot want to do them. Wish I could find a Corporate Office or someone else to talk to. Currently typing this as I?ve sat in acurbside spot for 45 minutes LOL. YOU GUYS ARE THE LITERALLY WORST. Read more

I usually don't do reviews but in this case I feel is necessary. I ordered curbside online. Ran some errands and then went on... to pick-up my order before headed home which is half hour away. Park and submitted via the app I was there. 58 minutes and 3phones later I still have no food. I was told I order to receive my refund of nearly $40 to call a phone number on the app thenI was told to call the store manager in the morning. So 2 different channels much wasted time to receive my refund. I don'twant a free meal or coupons giving I just want a refund of my money. I will not be back to this location ever. Read more

My second time coming here since we moved to Taylor a... month ago and she remembered my name and I also want to say thank you Whataburger for your app because thanks to ordering aheadmy food with piping hot and I was able to beat the seven cars in line and they had my food ready I arrived and on time asestimated! Stopped in for a quick bite just to tide me over until dinner since I missed breakfast and lunch. Ordered the Whataburger junior... as is, no meal. It came out surprisingly fast. My experience has been every other fast food restaurant in Taylor is very slowwith food delivery. Kudos to the Taylor Whataburger team for doing a great job ????! Read more

Uncommonly nice staff! Fast service. Separate drive-thru line for pickup orders. Clean restrooms. Busy from 11:00am - 1:30... weekdays. You can tell it's good because its drive thru is the longest line on the block. Read more

I gave it 3 stars (would have given 3.5 if it was an option) because the employees were really friendly and handled our missing... onions rings with no hesitation. Problem was the reason we were missing our onion rings is because we were given the wrongorder all together. Sad thing is we only looked in the bag to make sure we were given onion rings instead of fries and didn'tthink to check the burgers. Ugh bad decision on our part. Lesson learned. After sitting in the drive thru line for 15 mins wepulled away from the window. Big mistake. Will sit there til I completely check my entire order before driving off for now on.My friend looked in the bag and saw 2 orders of fries no onion rings. Well the line for the drive thru was about 9 or 10 cars(at least) long and now days pretty much all lobbies are still closed for some unknown reason. ????So I had to pull over andcall. Told the employee what was wrong and he said he would have the onion rings right out. Pull into space 3. And let him knowwhen we get back to the restaurant. I told him we were still there and I would pull around. Unfortunately now I was blocked inby someone who was in the drive thru line. Who clearly didn't care to back up or move up so I could back out???? so aftersitting there for another 8 mins waiting for the drive thru line to move I was finally able to backout and move to space 3. Veryfriendly employee came out and gave me the onion rings. Said she had come out looking for me and didn't see me. Told her allgood was blocked in by a car. She had great customer service along with the gentleman who answered my call. She asked ifeverything else was OK. We said oh ya. Not thinking we should check our bag. She asked at least 3 times if the rest of our orderwas ok. Should have caught the hint. Lol When we got home we opened our bags and realized yep this wasn't our food. But oh wellwe should have checked . We were gonna eat what we got rather then drive back 20 mins to return the food. W Read more
