I got a vampire creame freeze on 10/13/22 and I couldnt drink it through the straw. I watched the two boys make it and one... openly said he made it wrong and didnt even try to remake it. Looked nothing like it was suppose to on the picture by the cashregister. One of them complained when i walked in 2 hrs before they closed like I inconvenienced them by coming in. I?ve given Bigby so many chances. This location as well as multiple others. So pricey for coffee that is incorrectly made every... time. If you don?t order from their seasonal menu, don?t bother. Read more
I like their menu and the staff is always friendly, but they make their drinks too sweet for me. I usually ask them to go easy... on the syrup and skip the whip cream. Once I figured that out, I've enjoyed all my coffee from there. I usually stop in twice aweek and I continue to do so Read more
My mom and I absolutely love this Biggby location. We have never had any problems and the staff is great! It's our favorite... coffee shop, and let me tell you why. First, the iced coffees are not super acidic. Let me compare this to Starbucks for anyStarbucks lovers: Starbucks messes my stomach up SO badly even if I ask for half cream in their smallest size. Here at Biggby, Ican get their medium size (20oz) without adding any cream and be good for the day. No stomach issues. Second, when my internetis out at home, I can come here to work. Of course I grab something to drink, but the environment is quiet enough for me tofocus and get things done. Third, my mom and I love the tip buckets. It's almost always a new "this or that" every week, and itmakes me tip more to make my bucket win. They sometimes even have a trivia board to think about while you're in line. Fourth,they have bogo every Wednesday. I don't go as much as I used to for the bogo, but it's very handy if I want a coffee today andone for tomorrow. Fifth, service at this location is way faster than other locations. I don't know what they are doing at otherplaces but they are too slow for me. These people get is done quickly and efficiently. Cashier was rude. I ordered Creme Freeze Smoothies. They didn't look like in the picture at all. Not worth the price I paid.
Convenient location, though getting into the parking lot can be tricky if you're coming from the south or west side and traffic... is busy. Service has always been friendly and the drinks are reliably good. Read more
This is a nice store with good people that reflects well of the Biggby chain. It is vastly different that SB. The basic coffees... are good with several selections. Their failing is in their specialty drinks that are mostly formulated mixes with a lack ofselections. They have donut like pastries and bagels. It's a good place to hang out for a while with a cheery atmosphere or topick up your coffee beans to take home. Read more
