Well I love my Dunkin coffee. And I have arguments with my husband because he thinks I drink too much of it. But I love it.... Although the last 3 times I?ve been to the Taylormill store and the Coldsprings stores both in Ky. I?ve been very disappointedI literally visit both places 2 to 3 times daily. And I spend lot?s of money also. And the last 3 visits have been awful and thecoffee has been so bad that I have to dump them out. So granted when I pay 3.28 a drink and I order 2 drinks at each visit andthey aren?t how I ordered them then I have a issue. They may have just lost a very loyal customer. Read more
While there are some men that work here and they are awesome, I have to give a shout-out to my daily Dunkin girls! I love to see... the same familiar faces and service with a pleasant attitude despite it being 6 am. While my drinks are not always consistent intaste/recipe this is the only Dunkin I visit in the NKY area. Food is always hot and fresh. Read more
I absolutely love dunkin, but I will only be going to this location from now on, I've gotten drinks and donuts from this... location about 10 times and they never mess up, they do such a fantastic job with the frozen coffee, and have no problem when weask for modifications. I go to this Dunkin almost daily- and have been continually blown away by the speed, friendliness and professionalism of the... staff here. They stay continuously busy every morning, but the people who work here always keep a sunny, welcoming demeanor dayin and day out. I get coffee here once or twice a week and I am typically pretty impressed with the service and quality. In recent months, I... continue to have less than satisfactory experiences. My order has been incorrect or the wait is longer even when I do a mobileorder ahead of time. I was told a gift card would be sent to me when one of my orders was not made right and that has neverarrived. While my drink order used to occasionally be made wrong before, the last 3/4 times, it has been undrinkable. It isfrustrating when i take my first sip of the life saving coffee and immediately taste the diabetes. There seems to be a lot ofnew employees learning and errors happen, but there is also a system issue that puts all of your staff at a disadvantage whenthe tickets are not printed clearly as well. If I get a flavor added, I specifically order 1 pump and 3 of some kind of milk. It prints as Caramel swirl 3 skim milk I can see how this would be easy to overlook during busy times and new staff, but couldprobably be greatly improved by simply putting a 1 in front of the flavor when someone orders only 1 pump. They have been here now for a while and I absolutely love them they have some of the best employees and great services. No... matter if I order online or in the drive thru they alway know my order and are always right on and if for some reason my orderis wrong they alway make it right. Went through the drive thru this morning. Coffee was good, but the guy working the drive thru mic was rude. I asked for an... everything bagel with the veggie cream cheese. Instead of saying ?We don?t have it? he just said ?Bagel with cream cheese?? Irepeated my order - everything w/ veggie and and he said again ?Bagel with cream cheese?? Just say you don?t have it. My wife brought me home a drink and I wish she would have just gone to Biggby. This new Dunkin? Donuts is the worst. My drink... was mostly foam, by the time my wife got home she said all the phone had settled and I only have half a drink. My wife hasgotten lukewarm coffee from there multiple times. She?s even asked them to make it extra hot and it still would be warm. Theyforget the food a lot. I have had some good experiences there and the customer service is very nice. They just can?t beconsistent one day. One day It?ll be a pretty good drink, the next day it?ll be the worst. Read more
