The team leader, Garrett, ensured my service was prompt and excellent, offering me samples of some of the best selling productsthat he thought I might enjoy based on my preferences. Great place to go for a treat! Very busy the night we visited, and we still had service with a smile! Chocolate brownie,... peppermint and mango sorbet enjoyed all around. Absolutely disgusting. We walked in to get ice cream and two of the 3 employees (younger girls) were sitting on the floor as we... walked in behind the counter. The manager was standing there allowing it to happen, which was odd. When we were leaving, I waswaiting at the counter to get something to go, and no one was there for a few minutes. When I left, I noticed the girls wereback on the floor and didn?t notice me standing there. Will never ever be back. How pathetic and disgusting. Had sundaes the 1870 tower and buckeye. They were great
