What a sorry establishment. 3 cars in the parking lot and the automated drive thru says to order whenever and then no one comes... back on to tell you your total and no one inside with the lights off. 6 cars have since pulled away including myself. And thesepeople want $15+ an hour lol. Read more
The girl at the drive thru window messed up our drink order. We politely told her one was wrong. She flipped out on us. She... grabbed our credit card out of my husband's hand. When she came back to the window she threw the card at him. It landed on theground under our truck. Fortunately a customer coming out got down and picked it up for us. The food was disgusting. Be aware before ordering. Ala carte prices are not posted. I ordered 6 chicken strips ala carte. I was charge $12 for 6 strips.... A 5 pc strip meal is only $9. When i questioned it, i was totally unprepared for the nasty attitude and response from theemployee. I know a lot of customers are not nice, but I was only questioning an obviously egregious charge. The other customerswere also shocked by the charge and the response. Prices should be posted, it is only sound business to do so or at least warncustomers of outrageous differences, so they know. Rude staff, soggy gross chicken. Lavonda had a TERRIBLE attitude bc my extra crispy chicken was never entered correctly and I... got wet original mushy chicken. My half gallon tea was over brewed and the lid was never twisted on correctly. Every singleexperience we?ve had with this location has been awful. All around terrible experience. Read more
Very rude lady at the front taking orders. The place is dirty. The people are very nasty. I asked for mixed chicken pieces on a... bucket that is very exspensive, she said no. When I asked why; she said ?just because?. I didn?t think this had ever been anissue with past orders I?ve placed? I live down the street and order regularly. They need better customer service. Sat in drive thru after we ordered for 40 minutes, 20 after we paid. Not even an apology at the window from the grown man at... the window running the place. At least he's not making the kiddos take the heat from the angry customers because of his poormismanagement on an extremely slow day. Read more
I don?t know why this place is so bad but it has just went way down hill the past few years it just gets worse and worse. I... don?t know why it?s absolutely impossible for them to get an order right, but I am yet to receive a correct order. On this visitthey didn?t give me my sides?.none at all. Gas is 5$ a gallon and my husband had to drive all the way back there to get thesides for our dinner and the manager was extremely rude and it was the middle of the day. It wasn?t like it was opening orclosing time. So we had to make 2 trips and the only thing we got that we didn?t pay for was the managers attitude. Like it wasour fault.. on top of that or Doritos locos tacos were all smashed? I just feel like no one that works there cares at all? Iwon?t be going back. I deserve respect regardless if I spend 2$ or 200$. I am a paying customer and my food should be preparedas if it was their own.
