Ordered a pro meatball marinara with extra cheese. Meatballs were not balls, more like ground beef, tasted like a bland... meatloaf. Bun wasn't toasted. Didn't add the peppercorn ranch. Was assembled so sloppily that it was held together bypaper. Worst sub I've ever gotten. My normal subway in Milford is on point 90% of the time, and don't ruin someone's mealbecause it's close to closing time. Customer service should be 100% until the doors close, no excuses. Read more

They never listen when you ask for more of any item on your sub. The amount of lettuce they put on a sub for example, is... laughable...today, my tuna sub is the worst one I've ever had. Read more
