ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT WHEN YOU PAY $8 MORE THEN WHAT YOU PURCHASE THAT'S CALLED THEFT! Once again they shorted my lunch order... third week in a row AND EVEN OVERCHARGED! Only a couple of professional people all the rest are cussing and talking instead ofmaking your food. Not going to come in and try and argue with your staff just going to eat somewhere else. The staff were very unprofessional and did not seem like they cared about our order at all. We were the ONLY people in there and... they forgot our cups and we had to wait for the cashier to finish their conversation with the cook to get them. The chickensandwich made both of us sick. This burger king insists you pull up and park at the drive thru no matter if you are the only person in line. I had to pull up... tonight. Waited over 10 minutes for a Whopper . Had to get out of my car and go to window and wait again while they made mysandwich. It's ridiculous. A bunch of teenagers who really didn't care if they waited on you or not. I won't be back. About the new BBQ sauce served...... The food is usually good and it was this time also. The young lady that helped me did... great. The issue is the last 2 times we went to BK , this one and another location, the BBQ sauce now comes in a plastic saucecup with lid and it is SPICY. My tongue was scorching after 4 nuggets dipped. My son thought the same as well as 3 others, inwhich 2 of them love spicy food, even said it was spicy. Not just me. Someone needs to fix that bc that's not ok to give to achild. Read more
How is it I ordered the new bbq bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with extra bbq extra mayo and they give me a tiny drizzle of... bbq, NO CHEESE, and a mayo packet on the side? I even walked in the store to order, they didn?t have 70% of the sodas on themachine, and didn?t even give me a receipt so I can give feedback about this specific experience. If I had time to drive back Iwould, but we were the only people in there. I wish I opened the sandwich inside the store instead of just checking for theamount of items and assuming they would be made properly. I love burger king but this is just lazy. Read more
