Disappointing. We were seated quickly. No one came for a drink order or to deliver the salsa and chips for over 20 minutes. It... took almost an hour for the food to be brought to the table. Prices were way higher than the menu stated. Read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. They messed my food up 4 times because she never wrote the order down... with no sour cream. I requested no sour cream not 1 time but 3 times. The waitress thought she was going to argue with me. Mamat the end of the day I am the customer, just fix my food. The forth time they just wiped my burrito and added more cheese butyou could still see the sour cream. When I asked for the manager she was just as bad as our waitress. I requested to take theplate off of my bill, she preceded to tell us we would not eat then, and yanked my daughters plate away from her as she wasstill eating. I took the plate and she said she was calling the cops. 4 greer city officers showed up. The guy that helped mewas very nice, and thought it was ridiculous he had to even come. I?m going to start off by saying we really enjoy their food. We went to eat there tonight and the hostess took my name and that... we had a table of 2. I asked how long. Her response was ?I don?t know? so I said well are you thinking 5 minutes or an hour? Sheagain said ?I don?t know?. I understand every place is short handed. An estimate of time would have helped. We ended up crossingthe parking lot and going to a neighboring restaurant. Wr would have waited but we really needed some estimate of time. We willtry again on another night. Read more

Usually this place is good but we were here the other night and it took our waiter almost 15 minutes just to come to the table... to bring salsa and chips and ask what we wanted to drink. I had to ask the hostess when the waiter was going to come to ourtable. And we still had to wait after that. A good bit. But when a table of like 10 plus sat down he was at their table beforethey all sat down. There was only 4 of us. He was short with us. We were trying to order our food with our drinks because we hadsat there so long and it was like it was an inconvenience. Probably won't be back here for awhile. And we are here once aweek... both of these restaurants need to focus on hiring people who are focused on the customer. Not make them wait 15 to 20minutes to order when they aren't busy at all... Nice decor, lots of large group seating. Food was ok, chips and salsa to start. Found a bone in my enchilada, they quickly... corrected, but did inform me, this does happen based on how the chicken is processed. Read more
