Late, cold and sad! Took way too long to get, had to nuke it because it was cold and the driver didn?t seem to care. I know... times are tuff and there is a shortage of good people for delivery but someone needs to figure out that they may need to offermore money to the drivers or people will stop ordering. I think the fact that this is 1 of 2 delivery pizza places in Taylorsville allows them to make a mess of their pizza. Every... time I eat here the pizza is poorly made and something is always wrong. If people keep returning despite continuous issue withtheir pizza then there is no need for them to make improvements. Read more
I can only assume this location is still open because it's the only one in town. It's terrible every time I have it. They forgot... my drink 3 times in a row, the pizzas most of the time somehow have 11 slices. Idk how that's possible, it would be impressiveif it wasn't annoying. As someone who has worked for papa johns in the past, I don't know how these things pass. Read more
Typical quality from papa john's. All the toppings just tossed in the middle. Don't think either pizza was cut thru, or even... close to the same size. Reminded me why I go to hometown and stopped dealing with PJ. Read more
Order was ready on time and the guy that waited on me was very nice. I asked if there was peppers in the box he looked and saw... only 1 in the box and immediately went and put some more in there without hesitation. Food was hot and tasty! Def recommend thisPapa Johns. Read more
We ordered a pizza, and while the order arrived on-time, and was accurate it had issues. Sure it was uncut, we can fix that. ... However, the pizza itself was inedible due to the amount of grease, you couldn't even pick the pizza up. We contacted the storeabout this and were told we ordered too many "wet toppings" by the manager Kate. We have ordered this pizza before from thislocation multiple times without any issue. Kate has some of the most rude customer service I have ever experienced. Noalternative solutions, no empathy what-so-ever. I'm done with this location. Read more

I live just down the street from Papa John's so once a week I get pizza for my family of 6. This place is horrible! I drive by... the business multiple times a day and the cooks are always standing outside smoking. The pizza and the delivery service isterrible. I tried 3 times with ordering several pizzas from here and never again will I do that! Read more
