This is always one of my favorite Arby's to go and eat at. They have the friendliest staff and some of the best made Arby's food
It's ok the only thing I can eat here is fries but there ok
I ordered the prime rib cheesesteak and it just wasn't that great. I had one almost a year ago in Durham and it was awesome..so... I expected this sandwich to be just as good. I was very disappointed. It was soggy for some reason. It doesn't come with sauceon it so I'm not sure how the bread got so wet? The bread should have definitely been toasted more...if it was even toasted atall. And the crinkle fries were fresh, but cooked in old grease...so they were that "old grease brown" and also on the soggyside. Not crisp at all. For my Mother and me to eat (2 RB sliders, 1 cheesesteak, 3 pc chicken tenders, 1 sm. FF, 1 lg. FF)..itwas $22.30. That's a lot to pay to be unsatisfied and disappointed. Normally the food is good. I must say though, the cashierwas extremely friendly. And they suggested a "red ranch" sauce for the chicken tenders and that was really good. I had neverheard of it before. I wish I had gotten the cashier's name. But overall, we do enjoy Arby's and, of course, we will go back. Read more
The reason for the low score is because we actually didn't end up eating there. My husband wanted to try the new fish-n-chips ... and I wanted to try a wrap. So so service, sometimes pretty slow. Food was decent though and cashier was polite.
They have a 99.5 health rating and the staff has always been friendly and fast! I love this Arby's! 7/23/22 update: Miss Penny... is so very nice every morning that I come at 10a! She makes my visits pleasant! Read more
The employees were extremely kind and courteous at the menu and the window. Meal was delicious!! I didn?t expect great customer... service AND a great meal from this small town Arbys but was pleasantly surprised! Good job. Read more
