Service was less than fair. A customer in front of me finished paying for his order the employee came straight from the register... to make my sandwich. Even after reading the reviews I still chose to try this Subway 4 the 1st time...not again There was only 1 other customer when... I went in...2 grown men & 1 teenager working. The young man was slower then a snail. Then it got busy and 1 of the men startedhelping others but he started stacking orders on top of each other orders, last but not least at the register the young man hadtrouble counting out change. The other man didn't help at all. Not 1 of them smiled or spoke to customers. I get it we're allnot the same but the way things r now in our world a smile n thank you goes a long way. So if u r not on turtle time & like tofeel your business is welcomed find another Subway. For 2 6" subs it took 30 mins. Read more
I made an online order and didn't even get my order. Had things missing. So I was gonna call to get it fixed and the numbers... doesn't even work?? Come on you can do better than that Read more
Didn?t even ask me what size of bread I wanted first so I ended up getting the smallest one. Asked for my sandwich to be toasted... and still ended up a cold sloppy mess. On top of all that staff wasn?t the best either, which made it feel like a bother for meto ask about correcting my order. Sorry but this has gotta be the worst subway I had ever been to. Read more
I took the time to go on the Subway app to order curbside pickup. I purchased two foot longs. When I pulled up front for my... order (gave vehicle description). I waited, people going in and out. I waited, more people, in and out. I waited approximately20 mins and the 2 employee's that were working never even noticed I was there. I finally parked , went inside told them Iwas there for my curbside order. She got my order and brought it to me. Never saying a word to me. Now if I would have wantedto go through all that ,I would have just placed my order in the store and waited. Then I get home and one of the subs waswrong. Thumbs down for this Subway. Read more
This place as a Subway franchise is a joke. We?ve tried using the app 2 different times with excuses both times for why our... food wasn?t ready when we went to pick it up. The first time was ?they (Corporate) don?t understand how busy small stores canget so we didn?t get it ready yet - here?s some free cookies?. We didn?t order there for a very long time but yesterday itsounded good. Ordered again on the app (calls to the store go unanswered and take you to a mailbox that is ?full?). We even gaveextra time for pickup this time to leave no room for excuses. My husband waited inside (even tho we chose curbside pickup - whata joke). When he attempted to talk to employees about our order, one employee just shrugged the situation off - said they hadissues with the system the day before - the other employee said they had no order. He left. After almost 50 minutes of placingour original order, I get a call from a man saying they just got our order over their system. He could make it in 5 min if myhusband went back. No thank you. I asked him to just credit my card. We are a small town and have limited choices ofrestaurants. You would think they would care or be more customer service oriented. If I could give this place -100 stars I would. Today is the last day I will ever go be there again. The new owner as she calls... her self doesn't know her skinny ugly butt from a hole in the ground. This place is horrible after handling money they did not wash their hands. They were so so slow. My Tuna sandwich has a hair in... it. Put a hairnet on or wear a hat or something. Super gross.???? Read more
