I got a 9 dollar drink from here got home and it spilled due to the lid not being on all the way. So we went back in to have it... fixed and we got told since its been 30 minutes they couldnt fix it, no one i know has ever had that promblem before. I had myreceipt, the cup and a picture of it being spilt. She was really rude to us too. I called another Beans & Brews and they gladdlyhelped me and said it just has to be done within the day it happened with proof of buying it. Great experience at the counter, really comfortable in the dining area and we overheard someone interviewing a potential... employee. Beans and brew on 5400 S. and 3600 W. is the place to go they make it right every time I first went to the beans and brew on... 5600 W. and 6200 S. it was not great the one thing that drives me crazy is the consistency between stores on their drinks Theirdrink had no coffee flavor and it was all flavoring sweetener they?re not portioning the machines right all I know is it getsfrustrating if I want the coffee that I expect I have to go to the one location because location and 5600 W. and 6200 S. seemslike there water down same with the one in Jordan Landing if beans and brews has anywhere to improve is to get their consistencyon their drinks You can tell by the picture one is darker than the other and that is the difference Same drink completelydifferent taste and if I was to get the one from 6200 S. for my first impression from beans and brew I would not go back there Read more
Excellent coffee! They even provided a courtesy treat for my dog. They are friendly, and they care about customer retention, and... that is a very good trait to have in a company that caters to such a diverse crowd. They're white chocolate coffee is justawesome!!! I do have one major problem though. That their white chocolate drink is seasonal. I would come to this coffee shop alot more if they would serve the white chocolate drink year-round.
