I had the double enchilada chicken. With rice and beans. It was filling and quite good. I would go back if I was in the... neighborhood and hungry. Read more

This is a negative review for all of Cafe Rio, not just this location, but unfortunately you can't leave a review on the entire... establishment. My boys always love the niño quesadilla, but my six year old recently has been wanting more food, so I startedto order him the small quesadilla on the kids menu. I assumed it would be bigger than a niño quesadilla, plus with meat in it.Turns out it is exactly the same as a niño quesadilla... This is a big problem, considering the price difference. A niño is.79 cents. A small quesadilla is $4. You might think that the difference in price is due to it having meat inside, but no, ifyou want meat inside, you have to pay extra! So what are you paying extra for, Cafe Rio? Seriously, what the heck?? And this isnot just a mistake from this one location, I thought that too, but have since had the exact same thing happen at every locationI've tried. Just posting this as a warning to anyone who is considering a small quesadilla. Just get yourself a niño quesadillaand save yourself the irritation and disappointment. (The picture is a side by side comparison of both quesadillas. The top oneis the niño, and the bottom one is the small. And I paid the extra money for there to be meat in it.) Read more

This is my favorite Cafe Rio! They are very consistent in quality, portion size, and service. My only criticism is that they are... almost too fast when I order online for pickup. I know if the pickup time is say, 20 minutes, I need to get there early becauseit will be ready before the expected pickup time. That's not really a fault or a bad thing, but I like my food hot so I leave myhouse (it's a 10-15 minute drive) as soon as I order. Five stars all around! Read more

After I finishing my tostada I started wondering about the fact they usually charge an extra dollar for extra meat. I should be... taking a dollar back as the meat serving was so little I became vegetarian. Even more I feel like they should have charged mefor vegetarian soup as my tortilla ended up swimming in a gross lettuce water -I mean at least I got clean lettuce and bitterlimes. Would you eat this? Read more

They never make our food right. Whenever we order through the app, we always select Curbside, use the app to let them know we... are here and NEVER has our food come out. We always have to go in after 10 or so minutes and half the time our food is cold. Iunderstand how childish ?curbside? is to complain about but it?s the principle of the matter. You offered it, we chose it &followed all your directions. Your employees can?t be bothered to do the minimum. It?s especially annoying when we can see inthe restaurant and literally everybody is just standing there. Read more

We are big fan of this location! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My go to is the pulled pork salad and I get rice... and beans on the side. They never give me trouble when I ask for it on the side. PS: they also offer 20% military discount! Read more

Absolutely horrified! I had an online order through Uber Eats. No issues with the whole process until it came to eating it.... After getting halfway through the salad I found an insect. I called the restaurant and they told me I would have to take it upwith Uber Eats. Uber Eats didn't make the food though. Didn't matter. It's not Cafe Rio's problem, even if they are the one thatmade the food. Where's the accountability? Read more
