This place needs training in customer service. I went in to pick up a online order and the two employees in the back ignored me... while carrying on their chit chat. The woman working at the window grabbed my order and when I asked if ranch was inside the bagshe rudely said yes everything is in the bag! Then when I got home I found out the jalapeños I had paid extra for were not onmy order! When I tried to call no answer at 2 pm and then disconnected. Used to be my favorite restaurant but every time I come in they screw something up. Ordered the California special burger and... received this absolute dumpster fire.
