My sourdough sandwich the bread wasn't toasted at all ugh. Me being hungry still try eating but the meat had and interesting... taste like it was old already and then microwave so I couldn't finish that . Dang. This place needs training in customer service. I went in to pick up a online order and the two employees in the back ignored me... while carrying on their chit chat. The woman working at the window grabbed my order and when I asked if ranch was inside the bagshe rudely said yes everything is in the bag! Then when I got home I found out the jalapeños I had paid extra for were not onmy order! When I tried to call no answer at 2 pm and then disconnected. Used to be my favorite restaurant but every time I come in they screw something up. Ordered the California special burger and... received this absolute dumpster fire. Asked for no tomatoes and no onions and they put EXTRA along with no sauce and one tinysausage patty. Terrible service and even worse food. Not as good as it used to be. Grilled cheese was not grilled. I threw it out. Ketchup packets were stuck together with old gooey... ketchup. Diet Coke was flat. There are better Carl's Jr.s, so drive on. Read more
Edit: They went through the process to delete my review so I'm reposting it... Why is everything so tiny I ordered a large fries... and a chicken & waffle sandwich both were tiny the waffle/chicken was smaller than the Jr. Cheeseburger. The fry was same sizeas the medium. Spent 30$ and got very little food. The bacon ranch fries were mostly just a small fry with some bacon bits andmaybe a couple drops of ranch. The fries tasted good everything else tasted pretty gross, unfortunately I was on my lunch breakand didn't have time to get food elsewhere so I ate it but I would not have paid for it if I had time to get a refund and gosomewhere else. Great Western Bacon Burger Combo. Walked in to find a Clean dining area. Friendly staff greeted me and took my order. Bathroom... was clean also. Food came hot and as ordered. Bacon was cooked perfectly for me and fries were hot and crispy. Read more
