I pulled up before 10, it like 9:48. they saw we were there and in front of the door. I was just trying to find my card. The... employee came up and locked the door before 10 while I was trying to find my card. I came out if my van and tried to open thedoor, he looked right at me and said no and just ignored us. Pizza is fine, but this location is a hot mess and run very poorly. They don't use their pizza portal, making people who have... pre-ordered and already paid for their pizza, wait in their long line of walk ins buying pizza in order to just pick it up. Iwon't be returning to this location anymore purely because it is chaos getting pizzas there. I haven't had any terrible resultsfrom the pizzas themselves other than them being old and cold because it's waiting for me to get through the entire line inorder to pick it up. Read more
I picked up my pizza's, I ordered a Veggie pizza and Stated NO mushrooms and so it was to have Green peppers, onions, olives.... with extra green peppers. I also requested the pizza that has the most pepperoni, and 2 orders of bread styx. Both pizza'swere a disaster! the pepperoni was sparse on the pepperoni pizza and the veggie had MUSHROOMs! lots of them...and no onions!!! It was disgusting!! needless to say I did a lot of picking them off which mutilated my pizza. The pizzas were super saucy. That grossed me out!! I have usually had great luck at little Caesars. My $38.00 dollar order was hideous and I will never goback there! I am so sick of these fast food places being a eating disaster!!! I was notified that my Deep Dish pepperoni and stuffed crazy bread we?re ready in the store kiosk. When I got to the kiosk... there were zero pizzas in any kiosk. There was another customer also waiting for his pizza that was also told was ready. Aftertalking to the front desk, I proceeded to wait for my pizza to be made. All the while I see employees coming and going in andout of the store talking to (what looked to be) family in the parking lot. Once I finally got my pizza, it was burnt and hard. The bottom crust wasn?t black but was very hard. The putter crust was black. Cheese dark colored on top. It's sad but the more I turn a blind eye to this lil caesars the worse the pizza has gotten. Whenever I order more sausage it's... like they count five more pieces and it's practically thrown together . I know its a easy dindin but it doesn't need to bepoorly made. Read more
I've had so so experiences every time I've come here I got it through the pizza portal one time and it was really good however... last night I came and it was really bad.
