Honestly, this place surprised me! 10 out 10! There aren’t many birria places in Utah that make it in my list. The tacos here... are soooo crispy and piping hot. Delicious food! Come here every week. Food is amazing. Only reason I give 4 stars is because this has been the fourth time they... skip my order. I don\'t want to annoy them so I sit and wait for the beeper to go off. But after I go and ask 45 minutes later,sure enough my order was forgotten and i need to wait another 15-20 min for my order. Came here on opening day in the evening time and got some crispy birria tacos to go. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed the... birria wasnt shredded enough to MY liking and tasted bland as well as the consume, I figured it was opening day and to try itagain and the second time was a lot better. Only complaint is the birria is still “chunky” and not shredded enough bc two ofmy tacos had big pieces of fat in them. Overall I’d probably give this place 3.5 out of 5 they are still new so I can imagineit can get better in time! Definitely prefer the west valley location but if I don’t wanna make the drive then this is mysecond choice. Read more
This place is the BEST of the BEST. The consomme and birria is the best I have ever had hands down! I am so happy they opened up... right next to my neighborhood. I will be making this spot a regular for sure! We ordered the quesadilla and crunchy Tacos withcheese and both are phenomenal. Go here you will not regret it! Read more

Everything was just okay. The women behind the register was not friendly at all but we graciouslytipped since it was just... thrown at you on the screen. The flavor was lacking in most of our food but the consume was so overpowering with the taste ofcinnamon, it was just plain nasty! Definitely not worth the $60 + meal for 3?????!!!!! 3 tacos barria w/cheese, 1 small rice, 1small beans, 1 barria quesadilla, 1 ramen barria(which was good at all) 1 order of tortilla chips (stale as could be) oh yesand a ridiculous amount of that cinnamon consume which we were overcharged grossly. What happened to the little container onyour plate when you order from the \"to dip\"? A co-worker recommended this place to me but be assured I will not berecommending to anyone! Read more
