In all honesty this store doesn't deserve any stars. This store has messed up three orders and said my online order never showed... up on their screen. I placed my order on my wife phone. The manager told me my wife had to come with her phone to show theorder. My wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant and has been placed on bed rest. Plus it is cold outside. These guys don?t even deserve a start tell you the truth. So my husband and I ordered food on McDonald?s app. He walked up there... to pick it up just to find out the order wasn?t there. Let?s not talk about the lobby being locked passed 7am when online itsays they open at 7am. When my husband told them that he placed the order they told him his wife has to pick it up. These flowswanted me to walk at 7 1/2 months in a freezing cold to pick up the order? What sense does that make especially since he is theone who placed it and paid for it. This is a mediocre McDonald's. I always think I won't go to that one again, but I do out of convenience, just like going to any... McDonald's. The fries are never hot, the toppings seem to be tossed on carefree, and they often give me the wrong dipping sauce.The service is fast, but I'd rather have fresher food. Read more
Even with 1 person in line it took almost 15 min just to order and when we did finally order the guy taking our order seemed so... put out to take it we about left then. Would not say a word when we asked a question. Then took our 3 and 4 yr old to play,daughter brought back a rock hard half eaten cheeseburger. I got my 6'3"s compressed enough to inspect the area and found olddried catchup a d mustard spread around in little handprints. Looked as if it had been there for many, many days. The place was clean enough, but busy with school students skipping an assembly and heading over to McDonald's. I notice at... least 3 orders that were wrong, and these customers waiting in an attempt to get them corrected. My order, which I entered onthe screen inside, took 20-minutes from taking my receipt of payment, to actual placement in my hands. I made sure I checkedthe content of my bag with my receipt to make sure everything was there... I didn't want to wait for it to be corrected. ThisMcDonald's is located on Redwood Rd, just south of 5400 South. I will say, that two of the employees there did smile...big in mybook; unfortunately, that won't be one a location I'll visit again. I got food poisoning from this location. When I called to let them know, Maria argued with me and told me to pretty much prove... it. I was not asking for anything, just wanted to give a heads up. Do NOT come here during lunch on the weekend!! We spent 20 minutes in the drive through waiting on our food and had to wait for... another 15 minutes inside to get our missing foods and sauces while all of the younger employees messed around at the windowhaving a little ?party?.
