Big L on their part. I usually have no complaints but when my friend who can't eat any form of pink meat orders a chicken taco... and gets three rolled beef tacos and I can't call to correct the order well that in my opinion is extremely unprofessional. Iwent to you guys cause I grew up eating your earlier location before the bangerter expansion that's why I continued businessthrough your location. I guess I'll have to take my business to the taco shop around the corner. Decent place. The food's good, but their menu needs work. I'm not referring to their food options (they've got plenty); I'm... referring to their method of display. It's shown on a big TV and cycles through four different menu arrangements which makes ita bit difficult to decide what you want as you have to try to read it before it changes then wait until it cycles back. The best California burrito that I?ve had from Rancheritos was at this location tonight. I?m not sure who was on cook line but... it was perfect. The potato?s and meat were moist, the onions were perfectly grilled, the Jamaica was the perfect amount ofsweetness. Honestly so delicious tonight and I wanted to give the crew props. Read more
This location is my go-to place for 2 crispy bean burritos. I?ve been to this location at least 25-30 times in the last 2... years. Wife loves the super nachos and we almost always get the Mexican Coke. Speedy drive-thru and great food. Read more
I have never complained about a ANY restaurant before but this is really bad. I ordered 2 beef taco and took 2 bites and then... all of a sudden the smell was horrific, this was NOT beef. It was so bad I can't even tell you what kind of animal if it evenwas animal. I immediately went to the bathroom. I called them and asked for a manager of course the manager is on vacation for aweek, then the girl, who was sweet ill give her that, except she tried to tell me, I didn't order from there, umm yes I did, I even have the address on the receipt. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos. The problem is I ordered two one of them was the wrong burrito I went back an hour and a half... later to ask to have the correct burrito remade and they wanted the old burrito. Staff is rude, food is sub-par for a premium price. I've paid for extra stuff on my burrito countless times and haven't gotten... it. They like charging you, but don't like delivering what you ask for. Read more
