Not one of the friendliest locations. The lady taking our order seemed annoyed with us order so many items. When asked for a... large amount of ketchup your only given three packets. Let's be realistic who uses three ketchup packets for four kids meals andtwo adult meals... Also why do you ask what dance for my kids nuggets when you don't even put the sauces in the bag?! Just alack if coordinating orders and want to work. We get it's a fast food restaurant but you choose to work here so take pride andhappiness in your work no matter the job! Read more
In order to rectify their mistake (missing item) I have to return to the store for cash? I did not pay with cash I paid... electronically with a card online. You did not render services I paid for. Great customer service! I love it.. my sister and her husband and their 2 children came along and my children had fun talking... and laughing with an african american gentleman who was really funny... I did not like the way me and my family were treated by Don. Right when we entered we were standing back deciding what we wanted... when he ordered us to move closer. He made some rude comments passive aggressively towards me insinuating he knew what kind of aperson I was. He later continued to come over and bother my family as we were eating by giving my son poor advice and tellinghim to lie to his parents. Im not sure if this was all a joke but it was not appreciated. We will no longer be dining in at thislocation. We felt very uncomfortable. Read more
The food was hot and it's a comparable breakfast to other fast food... But fast was inaccurate. I spent 25 minutes in the... drive-thru (mind you there was only 4 vehicles ahead of me). I won't be coming back to this location. You should never put a newhire at the drive-thru part of your restaurant, as it's the fastest paced part... the employee stated they wanted to cry. For someone on a budget and for the price, I always get a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. They have the best bacon anywhere. Customer... service is always great. I visit several locations weekly in West Valley, West Jordan and Murray. Thanks Wendy's for being sogreat. Read more
