First time ordering in this location and it will probably be my last. Don?t mean to be a Karen but I was very disappointed with... my order. I ordered online which said my order will be done in 10-15 minutes. I show up and had to wait 30 more minutes for myorder. My fries were burnt , which I don?t recall asking for ?well done? fries. They didn?t even have the seasoning that I askedfor. I?m sorry but horrible workers. I wouldn?t recommend leaving new employees alone. Read more

I?ve eaten at this location several times, nearly 2-3 times a week speaking nothing less than $25 a meal because I work near by.... Today when biting into my wings I can smell that the meat was spoiled. It?s chicken and I?m not unfamiliar to what spoiledchicken smells like. I called Jaden who answers the phone told me that there was nothing they could do after speaking to themanager ?I can get a refund if I wanted?. I asked if I can just have my food, I don?t want a refund. He said the wings were fineand there was nothing that could be done. ?I will not be eating at this location again. Read more
Chad was excellent - thanks for the food service. We had the Tuesday boneless wings special and got jerk, mango habanero, garlic... parmesan and Louisiana rub. All of the flavors popped, and each wing was larger than expected. The space was clean and inviting.The free style soda always works well - it gives lots of choices. The quality has gone down Massively and I have posted the pool of oil the wings came in!! The pack of each 6 wings had 3... tablespoons of raw oil sitting at the bottom of the container. Wings were chewey and super salty. I?m Asian and I understandspicy but the wings from all 4 flavors we tried were just excessively salty! Never going back again!!! Read more
Came here for the first time last night. No servers, just order your wings, and find a place to sit. The menu was confusing... because they only have pricing for combos. Theres no consistency with what?s included (some include drinks and fries, othersinclude only fries) so it was hard to determine what the best value was (price per wing). It took me 15 minutes to decide that2 large individual combos is what was best since the cashier told me it would be $17 for 15 wings (~$1.13 per wing). On to thefood: This place excels in Dipping sauce, flavors, and fries, nothing else. The chicken itself was relatively bland, and when Igot done, there was tons of oil left at the bottom (as seen in the photo). The garlic parmesan flavor was delicious, as well asthe hickory smoked bbq. One of the best bleu cheeses I?ve ever had, as well. I?m not sure if it was an ?off? night, or if it?salways like this, but it was not worth what I paid ($27 for 2 large combos - 20 wings, 2 orders of fries/vegetables, 2 dippingsauces, and 2 drinks).
