Our server was phenomenal. Very attentive and efficient. Quality service. Food was good. Pizza was good but not great like... usual. Toppings on the Special were not evenly distributed. Mushrooms were all in same spot(the middle), onions and pepperswere thick on one side and scarce on the other and very light on meat on whole za. Pasta was good. Great food! Great service! One little problem...you cost your waitress a GREAT tip! Any time there is a mandatory gratuity... placed on my bill and it is not made known to me except to be in very small writing on a menu, especially when I'm payingseparately in a large group, I consider that my waitress' tip. She would have made so much more had you not done that. Read more
Spaghetti and meatballs were very good.. however the chicken Alfredo was not. The chicken tasted canned. I didn't eat it and... the waitress did not offer a refund. When we paid, I told them what happened and we did end up getting a refund. Overall, ok. Read more
Lasanga and pizza were great!! Also enjoyed the garlic cheese breadsticks!! Bring an Angelo's to Decatur!!!
I went here for dinner 5/29 with some friends and we didn?t have a pleasant dining experience. I was surprised to see this place... rated so highly and to have received the poor customer service and sub par food. Our waitress had an attitude with us from thestart. When she gave us our drinks she, didn?t give us straws so we had to ask another waiter for them. The lemonade tasted likedish soap. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer which had no flavor to them. We asked our waitress to take them off of ourbill because we did not like them she went up front and laughed with her coworkers before coming back to tell us she had takenthem off our bill. I ordered chili Mac, my friends ordered pizzas. My chili Mac was extremely bland. Campbells make a bettercanned chili than what they put on the plate. The pasta also had been sitting in a warmer for some time as it was not fresh. Thepizza wasn?t bad but nothing to write home about. For a garlic sauce pizza it lacked some garlic flavor. Gotta love a salad that's half cheese! Tasty pizza too. I need to get back and try a horseshoe or one of their CHEAP pasta... specials. Someone had the $6.99 lasagna special the night we were there, and it was decent-sized. Read more
