Was in in February 2022. Waitress was ok, but could've been better. I ordered the fried chicken ????????. Took 35 minutes to... get to me. Way too long!! Though it was fresh! My step-dad and mom got their food before mine. I mean what did they have todo ,kill the chicken first!? The sides that I got with the chicken ???? were just ok. They tasted 2 days old. Waitressdidn't refill drinks often enough. Will go back but will order something different. I'll give them another chance. Probablygo back in late June, if I'm in or near Taylorville. Read more
Love the food and the service was great. Enjoyed the waitress she was awesome spoke some Spanish was very nice.
We are here from Michigan for an event. We came in & they were super busy I figured there would be a huge wait on seating &... food but there was not. Our waitress Caitlin was fantastic & the kitchen staff got our food super fast. I wish I lived closerI would be here all the time. Read more
Nice down home feel to this restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a nice variety to choose from. The desserts... are amazing. Country Kitchen has a quiet atmosphere, which I find is a plus anytime you try to relax and eat. Highly recommend.They even have a small game room up front if you want to stick around and try your luck. Read more
Stopped into this cute little restaurant after shopping at the Wooden Flower. Not sure I would have seen it otherwise. Nice... menu for a small cafe, and besides the fact that they were out of dark meat chicken, pretty good selection. What I ordered wasHOT and tasty. Service was good, and all were polite. Read more
