Taylorville has fresh hot food and it taste GOOD. I travel over 10 miles to go there. Springfield location sucks
Absolutely worst place ever! You wait in line at the drive-thru for 20 minutes you finally get to the speaker and the girl tells... you she'll be right back and another 15 minutes later she's still not there. People are driving off honking their horns. Do notrecommend at all would give zero Stars if that was an option. No buffet anymore. Service is extremely slow and not friendly. Cold demeanor from the counter workers. Worker said she upgraded... customer order in front of me because of his long wait... She knew the man as she said she'd see him later... But didn't offeranything to me for waiting just as long. When I did get my order, it was missing two of the sides. I let them know and I endedup waiting five minutes for the sides because each believed the other was getting it for me. Food was cold because of the waitand chicken was greasy and looked like it sat in the warmer for a long time. This use to be a great place but now sub par. Sosad. Read more
This was my second attempt to get good chicken from this particular KFC. While the sides were ok (mashed potatoes & mac &... cheese) the chicken was, once again disappointing. I ordered original recipe and it was hard, dry and overcooked. Thisparticular store has gone from being one of the best to one of the worst. Very bad. Read more
I had the Mac and cheese bowl with popcorn chicken, the chicken was tough maybe past the quality time. The Mac and cheese was... almost flavorless The fries were hot and fresh but were way over salted. Read more
Went here today at 4:14pm. They where slow no big lines. Cashier Annie was a bit rude and could use an attitude adjustment.... Ordered my meals. Why make something $10.00 or more is half the stuff in it is cold. Read more
Had wings fry's , classic chicken sandwiches,mac n cheeze and corn. All was delicious service was great. Dining room was clean... and roomy. Was there after lunch hr. so noone else there. Bathrooms were pretty dirty and smelly and in need of mechanicalmaint. Other than that was a great experience. Read more
Grease needs changed chicken was dark and taste like old grease. Fries was cold. Manager was nasty. Ordered 3 meals and extra... stuff. Was told cause I Ordered extra. I was not allowed to get my medium drinks that came with meals. She the manager had avery nasty and demeaning attitude with me. I am from out of state visiting family.
