I made an online order, 20 mins it will be ready said the app. 25 mins goes by I went to pick up the food. They haven't even... started on my order yet! I had ordered my 3 kids sun chips, they don't even have sun chips! ???? I am so heated, the place isridiculous. Most of the time they get the orders wrong or are just lazy and the sandwiches are a mess. I have complained to theowner MORE THAN SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING CHANGES. Where is this Verne guy? Whoever does the bread process from the proofing to baking needs retrained! Every single time I stop in to get a sandwich... whether it be on italian bread or herb and cheese the bread taste horrible! Its hard on the sides and I can tell the process wasdone wrong! This subway is the best subway I've ever been in!! The manager and staff work like a well oiled machine. You can get in and... out and everything you need in under 5 minutes. The store is clean, organized, and the staff are the friendliest around!!!! Read more
We always order something different. The food is prepared in front of you. You're in control of every step of the process.
Two issues, one of MAJOR concern. First, CROSS CONTAMINATION! Why are employees throwing food that was dropped into different... food back into the original container? I have seen this with veggies as well as cheese and meat with different employees. Assomeone with food allergens, this is a BIG NO NO! By throwing the contaminated food back in the original bin, you?re furthercontaminating the rest of that bin. I?m not sure if this is covered enough in training, but hopefully management can address inthe future so I can continue to visit. It just seems lazy as well. An extra second or two to throw a contaminated piece of foodaway might add up over time, but it could save someone?s life. 2, they discontinued the sauces I loved, which is fine, thesethings happen. But when visiting today I asked to taste test a sauce. I have never had an issue with this and have always justgotten a tiny dollop in a cup. The worker said ?okay? and then smothered my sandwich with the sauce. She hesitated a secondafter she did so, probably realizing what she did, but then continued on and wrapped my sandwich. The shop was busy and I didn?twant to wait, so I took the sandwich anyways, but did not like the sauce and therefore wasted money on a sandwich that Icouldn?t finish. Not that big of a deal, at least I know I don?t like that sauce, but an annoyance none the less. Read more
